Currently, creating a "Made in Vietnam" electronic product is not easy, especially one that incorporates as much technology as the HyperWork Helios ultralight gaming mouse.
To overcome this challenge, HyperWork chose to collaborate with international partners who have existing production lines and experience working with renowned brands. This helps ensure the quality and reasonable price of Helios.
HyperWork's partners have previously manufactured for well-known brands in the market, which is why the external design of the HyperWork gaming mouse shares similarities with those products.
However, the difference lies in HyperWork's research and optimization of internal components such as Switches, Batteries, Encoders, etc., based on the needs of Vietnamese customers and learning from major brands. This demonstrates HyperWork's investment in market research and component refinement to suit Vietnamese users.
In fact, to launch this first gaming mouse model, HyperWork worked closely with the manufacturer from January 2023 & reached an exclusive distribution agreement in Vietnam. The product is sold under the HyperWork brand with a 1-year 1-for-1 warranty.
This is an advantage that imported parallel products cannot offer customers. HyperWork is also transparent about this information, clearly and fully stating the place of manufacture on the product's packaging.
Notably, the technical specifications on the product packaging are still displayed in English. Mr. Ngo Doan Khanh, HyperWork's product development manager, stated that in the near future, HyperWork aims to expand its market to Southeast Asia, so choosing English as the language on the packaging is a logical decision.
HyperWork always aims to provide customers with quality products that can compete with major brands but at a more suitable price. The company is also collaborating with Vietnamese partners to introduce "Made in Vietnam" technology products in the future.
